“Dreams I Imagined, and Words I Never Said!”
I have dreams of becoming everything God desires for me to be.
I have visions of eternity that are seen through the kaleidoscope
Of a Destiny that speaks greatness to a life that is beyond the reality
Of what I imagine myself to be.
At times I think about the false humility of life
And me decreasing to increase for God’s best.
Sometimes the worst of me gets the best of me,
And the best of me says, Reese, “Maybe you’re just afraid of success?”
I have spoken to God and we talked about life on a personal level
Beyond the reality of what I perceive life to be.
I have struggled within myself, and wrestled with a man that looked just like me.
It was the worst of me against the best of me.
I have sleepless nights where I imagine.
I imagined I dreamed God was talking to me.
I have sleepless nights where my dreams become my reality,
And God is speaking to the best of me through the worst of me,
And these moments take place only while I’m asleep.
I see that some people are spiritually blind,
And they live for the moment,
And they cannot see beyond the reality of their now.
But there are also spiritual people who imagine life
To be more than they imagine life to be,
And they can see the possibilities of life, and they dream of how!
How to make what they imagine a reality.
I see a spiritual war was being waged beneath
The surface of the calm before the storm.
I see the possibility of all things
Becoming possible when the Veil was torn.
I see angels who became human because of a choice, and them choosing to be so.
I heard the voice of God ask the angels who will go for me,
And a multitude of angels said at once, “I will go.”
A child asked me a spiritual question, she said,
“Were we angels before we became humans?”
Before I answered I meditated on it to receive a revelation.
And I heard God say, I knew You before you were birthed in the womb,
And in the womb I ordained you to be a prophet unto the nations.
